I met Naali through a community on LJ that I started. We were the only members so I couldn’t miss her. She is one of the only people I love talking on the phone with; she makes me feel like I’m back in high school (in the good way). I hope to meet her some day soon.
She’s been a constant in my life for nearly five years and she inspires me to get my ass in gear and do more things. The fact that she has faith in me keeps me going on days when nothing else seems to work.
I’ve known Machineplay in various ways for almost six years now. The first time we ever spoke on the phone, there was a huge blackout over most of the eastern US. But, ever valiant, a few years later, I tried again. And we talked. And now, one day, I’d really like to know what it’s like to give Machineplay a hug in person, instead of hugs but for now, hugs do.
